Refunds & non-returnable items
All sales final and we do not accept returns.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Any problems with an order must be reported within 2 weeks of delivery (or within 2 months of shipment for undelivered orders). We cannot assist with any issues reported beyond this time frame.
